My Fiction. My Blog. My Life:After braving the vast world of the internet with fanfictions, I've decided to expand my portfolio with short stories, blog posts, and snippets of my novel.

So I started with FanFiction. It was one hundred percent anonymous and I knew the community already wrote sexual things. The first thing I posted was a huge step for me. It had been awkward at first just typing the words out. Even when it was just me reading it, actually typing out such graphic things was difficult. And recently with a computer crash, I realized writing them out by hand with a notebook and paper was a new oddity to overcome. People could grab that and I'm sure glancing down at 'hard cock' would raise some eyebrows.
After I posted the first one things got easier. And it was a great stepping stone. I grew more comfortable with writing out the scenes, and got practice using characters that already existed. Not only characters that already existed, but ones that I loved. And I was adding to a community of stories for fans like me that couldn't get enough of the story line. The next step was working more on my own things. I had always hated writing short stories for classes. I loved weaving complex storylines and conflicts. And struggled more with writing a quick start and finish story that was actually good. But I had several ideas floating around and a scatterbrained approach to writing, so many of them never were going to see the light of day if I only stuck to writing novels. And since I have yet to actually finish a novel, there was a very great chance some of these characters would never actually exist. So I have started my first short story. After that was stretching into the non-fiction side with a blog. And with this being the second post, I can't say too well how it's going. The next step to come is going 'public' with those that actually know me. My name is associated with the site to a point, but it is only linked with other places that are anonymous. So the chances of someone stumbling here and knowing who I am is slim. Only a few people even know I write to sites like fanfiction, and of those I normally don't mention how M rated they get. But one of the suggested ways to promote a blog is via facebook and social media. However, my family is on facebook. It seems to be in line with your parents watching a porno you were in. There is nothing wrong with the sex world, there's nothing to be ashamed about. But the thought of my parents knowing about these things creeped me out. So right now I stay pretty anonymous. But I still have room to grow in my writing comfort zones, and the next step is with those I actually know.
